This sling bag is created through the kelarai process—an artisanal, centuries-old weaving method where raw bamboo is meticulously cured, dyed, and transformed into ribbons of pure texture over a span of two weeks. Artisans from the Dusun Sook community then interlace these contrasting strips by hand, composing bespoke, symmetrical geometric motifs that exude a timeless, high-end heritage aesthetic.
